That's how I feel sometimes. This past week has been a prime example of that.

Matt trained down to San Diego for the San Diego County Fair. We tried to get a group together, but everybody was afraid of the cost, the sun and the crowds. We weren't. We rocked that fair.

Last week, I sort of over-booked. I saw Van Halen at the Honda Theater in Anaheim with Matt xxtapemakerxx on Tuesday, New Edition at the Civic Theater in San Diego with Thomas franken_bear on Thursday, the Indigo Girls at the Wiltern in Los Angeles with Matt, and finally, Father's Day on Sunday. While I was up visiting Matt and his wheelchair this weekend, we watched Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace in 3D. I know it's weird to say this, but Episode 1 is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's pretty bad, but it has special meaning to me, and I've seen it countless times.

In 1992, I went to a Guns n' Roses concert at the San Diego Sports Arena. It was my first real concert, ever. I had to beg my parents to let me go. To this day, I'm not even sure how I pulled that one off.
